How do we deliver the codes?
This will depend on the phone model and the method of payment used to pay for your unlocking codes. Some people will receive their codes on-screen immediately after completing payment, while others will receive their codes via email. All codes which are dispatched via email will normally be sent within 10 minutes of receiving your order, however all customers should allow up to 12 hours from completing their order!
Why is this method the safest available?
Unlocking a mobile phone with unlocking codes is the safest method available because there is no risk of damage to the phone. There are other more risky methods of unlocking such as 'cable unlocking' which we would not recommend to anyone. With cable unlocking, you need to purchase a specific 'data cable' and download specific software. The cable is attached to your phone and PC, and the software effectively re-programs the phones software to turn off the network restriction. Problems can arise if errors are made during the cable unlocking process, and this could result in the phones software becoming permanently corrupted. We would only advise a cable unlock by professionals who know what they are doing. You could try it yourself - if you are looking for a very expensive paperweight!
